What’s being proposed
Our proposal is to enter into a retail lease with The Grumpy Baker Pty Ltd for the premises at the former bus shelter, Stand A, Hyde Park north, 110 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
The premises is to be used as a cafe.
The proposed lease will start on 1 September 2020 for 5 years, with an option to extend this for a further 5 years.
