Mobile Food Vendors Applications

The construction and fit out of the mobile food vending vehicle is to be in accordance with The City of Sydney Mobile Food Vending Vehicles Code. This can been downloaded below.

These applications only apply to street locations as identified in schedule. No vending is allowed on private lands unless full development approval has been obtained.

After the vehicle is inspected and approved for use within the City of Sydney a yearly registration fee is charged in accordance with The Schedule of Fees and Charges.
