The UTS-Shanghai University partnership is one of the longest established and most successful Chinese-Foreign Joint Ventures.
Professor Milbourne’s previous appointments include Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of New South Wales, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of Adelaide and Chair of the Research Grants Committee of the Australian Research Council.
