Central Committee of the Communist Party of ChinaPrior to his current position with the Communist Party of China (CPC) Mr. Zheng Xinli was Director General of the Policy Planning Department, Deputy Secretary General and Spokesman of the State Planning Committee.
He has been involved in drafting several annual working reports of the State Council, important documents for the Plenary Session of the CPC and the 8th to 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.
He has engaged in the research of economic theory and policy, especially macro-economic management, economic structural reform and long-term development strategy.
