Super V Multicultural Projects

The City of Sydney funds and supports a number of projects under the Super V Multicultural program. The program is a partnership initiative between the City of Sydney and a range of other community organisations.

Super V projects actively encourage people from different cultural backgrounds to work and learn together and develop community initiatives that are run by the community, for the community. In return, the program provides ongoing training to enhance leadership skills and project planning, implementation and cross cultural communication skills.

The program also provides regular activities to socialise, share their experiences and skills, and hence foster cross cultural understanding.

Volunteers have been utilising their knowledge and skills and contributing to local community and cultural celebrations such as the Living in Harmony Festival and Chinese New Year Celebrations.
