Our Service Centre is the first point of contact for residents and ratepayers in the local area.

The Centre provides access to an extensive range of Council services and information.

The staff ensure customers are able to obtain quick and convenient access to council, and that there is regular and proactive community consultation.

At our centre you can:

  • obtain town planning advice and lodge development applications
  • obtain parking permits
  • lodge crane and hoarding permits
  • view development applications on public exhibition
  • apply for busking permits
  • lodge construction certificates
  • pay your rates
  • ask for graffiti to be removed
  • obtain a compost bin or worm farm
  • book a household, whitegoods or garden organics collection
  • obtain copies of Council reports or
  • ask our friendly staff to follow up any Council issues on your behalf.

Residents and ratepayers are also able to obtain access to council services from other Council Locations.
