Draft Central Sydney Contributions Plan 2011

The City of Sydney is publically exhibiting its Draft Central Sydney Contributions Plan 2011.

This is a flat levy on development within Central Sydney. The levy is calculated at 1 per cent of the development cost where the development cost is more than $200,000.

The Draft Central Sydney Contributions Plan 2011 is on public exhibition from 12 December 2011 to 27 January 2012.
