Owner / Ratepayer Change of Postal Address
Use this form to let us know of any changes to the postal address for Owners and/or Ratepayers of properties within the City of Sydney Local Government Area.

The request must be submitted by the property owner, ratepayer or an authorised person acting on their behalf.
The form is a 5 step process. You will need the following information to complete the request;
- Property address or assessment number,
- Authorisation to act on owner(s) or ratepayer(s) behalf
- Property owners name(s),
- Contact phone number and email address of applicant,
- Full postal address that you require future correspondence to be sent to.
- A current valid email address must be supplied for the applicant to received written confirmation of the request.
At the end of step 5, once you have confirmed the request you will have the option to make another address change. For ease of use, when you select this option the Applicants details are retained for the next request.
