Draft Development Control Plan Amendment for the Lachlan Precinct, Waterloo
Following a detailed urban design study, site-specific planning controls have been developed for the Lachlan Precinct, Waterloo. These controls are proposed to be integrated into the current Green Square Development Control Plan. The draft amendment was on public exhibition during June/July 2010 and submissions are being reviewed.
Green Square Background Paper 2008
The City of Sydney is undertaking a review of the planning controls that apply to the Green Square Urban Renewal Area as part of the City Plan project.
Green Square and Southern Areas Retail Study 2008
This study will guide retail development in the southern areas of the City of Sydney and will inform the development controls in the new City Plan.
Green Square Built Form Review
Consultants ‘Architectus Sydney Ltd’ undertook the Green Square Built Form Review to assess how the current planning controls are performing in the Green Square Urban Renewal Area.
Green Square - West Kensington Floodplain Risk Management Study & Plan
In 2008 a comprehensive flood study was completed for the Green Square-West Kensington Catchment. The preparation of a Floodplain Risk Management Study and a Floodplain Risk Management Plan are currently underway.
Epsom Park precinct, Zetland
The City has identified this precinct as an area of likely change, and our study looks at stormwater management, roads and open spaces and development.
Zetland area traffic study
The Study assessed the effects on traffic and transport of the new development in Zetland and the forecast growth of the Green Square Urban Renewal area.
