Purpose of Collection: To contact individuals regarding the City’s Smart Business Live Green program and to ascertain whether they meet the eligibility criteria.
Intended recipients: Council Staff (Sustainabie Business Project Officers)
Supply: Contact details, energy and water consumption information is required to both contact the individuals about the program and to identify eligibility for the program.
Access / Correction: Council staff or Freedom of Information requests.
Storage: Councils record management systems and council’s Sustainable Business Project Officers.
