The Better Buildings Partnership represents a number of Sydney's leading commercial and public sector landlords, including founding members, AMP Capital Investors, Brookfield Office Properties Australia, Charter Hall, The City of Sydney, Colonial First State, DEXUS Property Group, Frasers Property, The GPT Group, Investa Property Group, Lend Lease, Mirvac, Stockland, The University of Sydney, and the University of Technology.

The Property Council of Australia and the Green Buildings Council of Australia are associate members of the Partnership.

Together, these organisations will deliver a range of sustainability projects, demonstrating green leadership and sustainable innovation for Sydney's commercial and public buildings.
