The highly successful Redfern Community Centre celebrated its second anniversary this week with a party for its patrons, featuring a photographic exhibition, entertainment and a birthday cake.
The centre has been a huge success story, as a popular meeting place and for its fantastic program of cultural and recreational services. More than 50,000 people visited the centre in the past year.
Lord Mayor Clover Moore MP cut the cake and local residents enjoyed entertainment and a bush tucker smorgasbord.
