Library Network Strategy
Public Libraries are one of the most well-used educational, cultural, social and community facilities within our society, and the City's Library Network Strategy, recently adopted by Council, provides a plan for the City's library facilities and services.
The Library Network Strategy is informed by a needs assessment for the City’s growing resident and workforce populations, and makes recommendations on library facilities and service delivery to meet information, educational, cultural and social development needs over the next 15 years.
