This pedestrian plaza was openend in 1891 and runs from George Street to Macquarie Street.

Martin Place boasts some of Sydney's grandest historical buildings, and is home to some of the most prestigious fashion labels.

 Every Anzac day the focus on Martin Place moves to the Cenotaph at the George Street end.
