At this City Thought Leaders seminar, Suzy Spoon’s Vegetarian Butcher was joined by Adrian Sheather, co-founder of the Rising Sun Workshop, and Saxon Wright, founder of award-winning Pablo & Rusty's Coffee Roasters to reflect on how innovative ideas have changed their business.

Fiona Tschaut, from the Michael Crouch Innovation Centre at the University of New South Wales discussed how the design thinking process can trigger innovative solutions to business problems.
