Suitable for rehearsals, community meetings, conferences and small private functions with a large hall and/or a committee room available for hire. It features high ceilings, carpeted floor and a renovated kitchen.
It is available for hire 7 days per week from 7am to midnight.
Dimensions
The hall is 12 metres by 7 metres. The committee room is 6 metres by 5 metres.

- dinner: 80 people
- cocktail party: 80 people
- theatre: 80 people.

- commercial fridge
- instant hot water (Zip system)
- combi-oven

- gas cook top and oven.

- 10 trestle tables
- 96 chairs.
Special considerations
- Noise needs to be kept to a minimum, residential area.
- Curtains need to be kept closed in the evening.
- Additional cleaning can be arranged.
- Some functions may require additional security.
- Gold licence caterers required for alcohol service, venue is unlicensed.

- Rear entrance has level access for people who use a wheelchair.
- Front entrance has wheelchair lift access.
- Toilets are accessible.

- Bus route 355 stops on Erskineville Road, near Prospect Street.

- weekdays until 5pm: $29 per hour
- weekdays after 5pm, all day on weekends and public holidays: $45 per hour
- day rate (9am to 5pm only): $174 per day
- weekend full day rate, including public holidays (8am to midnight): $450 per day
- elections: $1,000 per election
- security deposit (fully refundable): $500
- key deposit (fully refundable): $35
- community hire rate: 50 per cent discount on standard hire rate.

Suitable for small functions, children's parties and community meetings. The centre features a domestic-style kitchen, direct access to the courtyard, children's soft-fall playground, and half-court basketball or tennis.
It is available for hire 7 days per week from 7am to midnight.

The room is 12 metres by 6 metres.

- theatre: 50 people.
