Gender pay equity

In 2017, our gender pay equity review found an overall gender pay gap of -6.8% – meaning more women employees are in higher paying jobs across the organisation. 

When we compared men and women at the same salary level, there was a gender pay gap of 2.8% in favour of men.

The national gender pay gap in 2017 was 15.3% – 10.8% for the public sector and 19.3% for private sector organisations. 

We review and report on our gender pay equity each year.
