Neighbourhood Service Centres

Neighbourhood Service Centres

Find a centre near you

Our Neighbourhood Service Centres provide many customer services and they can follow up a City matter on your behalf.

You can ask our friendly customer service staff about rate payments, reporting waste and graffiti, permits and notifications, Council papers, as well as other services.

Make an appointment to lodge your development application with a customer service officer or to speak to a duty planner about your proposed development.

Please note, duty planner services are only available at the One Stop Shop from 1 May 2017.

The video below includes more information about our Neighbourhood Service Centres.
