Services
Justice of the peace
The City of Sydney has a register of staff who are Justices of the Peace. Our JPs can certify copies, witness affidavits and signatures only. The discretion to sign documents rests with the JP. Maximum 5 signatures per person per day. Please bring photocopies with you as Neighbourhood Service Centres do not provide a photocopying service. We recommend you phone ahead to confirm there will be a JP available during your visit. The following centres have JPs available:
- One stop shop (Kent St): 10am to 4pm.
- Kings Cross: 9am to 11.30am.
- Glebe: 9am to 11.30am.
- Redfern: 9am to 11.30am.
