Satisfied residents are important to us. To help us better serve the community and to find out where we need to improve, we commissioned the Community Satisfaction Survey. Using an independant research firm, we are able to measure how satisfied local residents are with our services.
The survey identifies how residents rate our performance against local government indicators. Findings are reported in the Customer Satisfaction Survey Report. The survey is now conducted over 2 years. You can download and read the 3 most recent Customer Satisfaction Survey reports below.
