Many documents on this website that can be downloaded are provided as PDF (portable document format) files. The City of Sydney makes these documents available on request in alternative formats to people with a disability who are unable to access the PDF version.

If you require a document from our website in an alternative format please submit your request using the online form below.

Depending on the document and the nature of your request it may take several weeks to provide you with the alternative format. Please be sure to provide your contact information in case we need to contact you to clarify any details of your request.

Please note: the City's website contains some documents that are produced by other parties, such as development applications. In some cases the City may not be able to secure the information in an accessible format. We will let you know if this is the case.
