Entry process


Step 1

Step 2

  1. Only nomination forms submitted after 9am on the specified open date above will be considered.
  2. Complete and submit the online nomination form below.

Step 3

Confirmation of successful or unsuccessful nomination and method of payment advice will be returned via e mail within 7 working days (Note; successful entry is on a first in best dressed basis and is subject to criteria listed in rules, terms and conditions).


Step 4

Submit full payment by due date stipulated in return e mail (Step 2) to secure your teams entry.


Step 5

Competition draw will be posted on this website approximately 2-3 days before the competition start date.

Supply: The submission of this form is mandatory to register your team in the sports competitions at the King George V Recreation Centre.
Access / Correction: Council staff or Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) requests
Storage: Council’s record management.
