Dr Ernesto Sirolli is a noted authority in the field of sustainable economic development and the founder of the Sirolli Institute, an international not-for-profit organisation that teaches community leaders how to establish and maintain enterprise facilitation projects in their community. Dr Sirolli has devoted his life to helping people who have a 'dream' to develop a business and shares examples of how people are successfully doing this by utilising his unique methodology.

Currently there are over 30,000 businesses from Sirolli Institute programs worldwide. They have achieved an outstanding overall business sustainability rate of 80% (as measured over 5 years). Accompanying him is Australian enterprise facilitator Felix Ryan, of STARTTS, sharing local stories of community economic development.
