The High Line is a 1.6 km-long park on the elevated, former New York Central Railroad spur called the West Side Line, that runs along Manhattan’s lower west side.

Mr Hammond discusses the High Line business model, reveals lessons he learnt collaborating with government, developers, retailers and environment groups, and sheds light on how the processes that produced the High Line could apply to transformative projects in Sydney.
