Activity reports

Monitoring DAs

The City of Sydney tracks the progress of development applications (DAs) from when they are lodged through to determination. This helps us to evaluate performance and monitor trends. The information is put together each month and a report is produced every 3 months.

Each development activity report contains highlights of DA information and further detail on lodged and determined applications during the period it covers. Statistics and trends on determination times and monetary values of development are also included.

You can download the reports below.

Major developments (generally over $5 million) are summarised in the report but you can get detailed information by searching online.
