Ashmore precinct
Situated between Alexandria and Erskineville, the industrial land on the Ashmore precinct is becoming a mainly residential area, featuring terraces and apartments.
Barangaroo
A former port facility, Barangaroo is a section of prime land on the edge of town undergoing major redevelopment.
Central Park
The old Carlton and United Brewery site, Central Park is to be served up as an inner-city neighbourhood close to public transport facilities and built around a large park.
Green Square
Handy to both the city centre and the airport, the Green Square redevelopment site is one of Australia's largest urban projects, attracting thousands of new residents.
Harold Park
The horses and traps are gone and the former Harold Park paceway is being transformed into a residential neighbourhood.
