Draft planning agreement

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a deed of variation to the existing planning agreement relating to the development application: 

DA Number: D/2014/1928
Locations: 84–92 Epsom Road, Zetland NSW 2017

The objective of the deed of variation is to facilitate the dedication of the public domain work at 1 time, rather than in 2 stages as contemplated in the original planning agreement.

The nature of the deed of variation is to amend the timing requirements in the planning agreement.
