Draft planning agreement

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a deed of variation to the existing planning agreement relating to the development application: 

DA Number: D/2014/1703
Locations: Factory 1A Coulson Street, Erskineville NSW 2043

The objective of the deed of variation is to facilitate the completion of the public domain work in 2 stages, rather than altogether as contemplated in the original planning agreement.

The nature of the deed of variation is to amend the timing requirements for the developer’s works and to correct 2 typographical errors in the planning agreement.
