Oxford Street creative spaces program

To ensure our much loved and iconic strip continues to thrive, we have been offering a range of underused spaces on Oxford Street to artists and creative practitioners.

We invited artists, creatives and community organisations to submit expressions of interest for occupation of a number of City-owned office and retail spaces on lower Oxford Street and Foley Street.

We received an overwhelming response and following a competitive selection process, 13 office and retail spaces have been activated with a mix of commercial and non-profit creative organisations. These include groups working in design, film, transmedia, architecture, animation, co-working spaces and creative retail offerings.

How to apply

We are not currently accepting applications for the Oxford Street creative spaces program.

We expect to call for applications for a new round of tenants late 2018. Please subscribe below to find out when opportunities are available in the City’s creative spaces programs.
