Terms and conditions
We strongly recommend you set up an account before enrolments open to increase your chance of securing a place in our classes.
Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
People with a current benefit card are eligible to apply for the concession rate. Proof of benefit must be provided to Pine Street once your booking has been confirmed by Moshtix. Scan and email your card to us or fax it to 9245 1500. Alternatively, you can show your concession card in person at Pine Street.
Cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the course starting will not be refunded.
Students are not eligible for a refund, credit, or ‘make up’ class if they miss a session. We cannot accommodate an extra person that has not booked into a class: this a health and safety risk, and is unfair on the tutor and other students.
Pine Street makes every effort to ensure courses run. However, the centre reserves the right to alter the program before or during the course and to cancel any program if insufficient enrolments are received. A full refund will be provided.
Each year that your child under 18 years attends programs, you must submit a new annual registration form.
We are not licensed to cater to children not yet attending school. Children must be 5 years of age and attending primary school. We cannot care for children under school age – if you have to bring a younger child when dropping off or picking up the child who is attending our programs, they must be supervised at all times.
We request that you read the parent’s handbook for further information.
Code of conduct
Rules for behaviour are explained at the start of each course. Children are not to disrupt the learning of other students, and continued enrolment is conditional on behaviour.
Students must wear closed-toe shoes at all times. Open-toe shoes are not permitted.
Sick children cannot be allowed into workshops. If a staff member identifies a student is unwell, parents will be called to collect their child.
Parents and supervision
Parents cannot remain in the studio once workshops have commenced.
Duty of care
Duty of care laws state that staff must not be alone with a child. Extra staff can’t be provided for early arrivals or late pick-ups: you must follow our operating hours.
