This 8 week intensive drawing program encourages the young artist to explore drawing on a large scale.

We will look at contemporary drawing that investigates spatial relationships, scale and movement and encourage students to apply their knowledge of techniques and skills involved in drawing, whilst moving beyond traditional techniques.

We will investigate ideas and thoughts behind creative process, experiment with size and scale and look at different techniques and artists such as New Orleans-based performance artist Heather Hansen, Slovak conceptual artist Roman Ondák and South African artist William Kentridge.
