Refurb for Juanita Nielsen Community Centre

Juanita Nielsen Community Centre is closed temporarily for a major upgrade. This will make the centre more accessible and welcoming for the whole community, with more spaces and facilities for a variety of uses.

Work is expected to take about 18 months.

As much as possible, we want to continue the adult learning classes, programs for young people and cultural activities at nearby City-owned community facilities.

We will keep you informed as soon as details are finalised.

Learning programs for adults in central Sydney

If you would like to learn a new skill, develop your cultural and creative interests or perhaps just want to meet new people, the Juanita Nielsen Community Centre has a range of adult education programs hosted in a friendly environment.

While the centre is being upgraded adult learning classes will be held at nearby City-owned community facilities.

For further details about any of the courses listed below contact the team at Juanita Nielsen Community Centre.
