As well as a fully equipped gym, the centre offers a great range of group exercise classes for all fitness levels.

There’s even a basketball competition if you feel like shooting some hoops in a friendly environment.

PCC group fitness class


We offer an affordable and fully equipped community gym for residents, workers and visitors of the local area. The facilities include:

Boot camp

Our boot camp classes will give you an amazing all over body work out. You will work, you will sweat and you will burn calories like crazy.

Cost: Gym membership / $8 per session

A 1-hour slugfest! Power on from your warm-up into your pad work – punch for speed, punch for power, punch for skill, punch for an hour! Well, not quite, let's get some ab work in there too. Gloves and pads provided or bring your own.

Cardio boxing

Cost: Gym membership / $8 per session

A cheerful but challenging 45-minute cardio-boxing sweat festival! Follow up your energising warm-up with a bit of saturation, combination and tension-releasing stress deactivation. All in the name of fun and fitness. Gloves and pads provided or bring your own.

Casual basketball scrimmage

Cost: Gym membership / $8 per person

Just a casual game of pick-up basketball.

Jump into our class for some cardio, strength work and muscular endurance. Lots of variety and a different challenge each week. All skill levels catered to and equipment is provided.

Dance and beginner Pilates

A fusion of 2 forms of exercise designed to strengthen the core and enhance stability. 


Our karate classes, for both adults and kids, are a great way to add variety to your exercise while learning a martial art. Get fit and develop your self defence skills at the same time.  

Little Kickers

This session is designed to provide basic ball skills to children between 2-5 years. Perfect for those thinking of entering a competition when they're older. 

Munchie Movers

A creative dance and movement program specifically designed for babies, toddlers and children from 12 months to 8 years. The program encourages and strengthens cognitive, emotional, social and physical development. 

Older adults circuit class

Cost: Gym membership / $4.50 per session

Our older adults circuit class is the perfect way to improve your strength, mobility and stamina. The circuit style allows for you to go at your own pace and our qualified fitness instructor will provide you with the instruction and motivation you need.


Join us for some Pilates to improve your posture, increase your flexibility and muscle tone. This system of exercise is inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet to provide a great work out.


Improve your strength and flexibility through a range of guided Yoga poses and postures.


Enjoy this Latin inspired dance fitness that offers a full body work out with easy to follow moves.
