Class descriptions

Angolan Capoeira

A Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. 

Hatha yoga

A mostly physical form of yoga and can be used as a gentle form of stress reducing exercise.  

Stronger and fitter

This exercise for older adults gets you up, moving and exercising in a fun and social environment. 

Yin yoga

A slow-paced style of yoga with postures held for longer periods of time, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
