Classes are for all levels, taught by an experienced professional teacher. Please bring proper non-marking dancing shoes.
Youth program: Tennis and barbecue
Come and play tennis at Alexandria Park. Tennis racquets provided! Open for youth of high school age, up to 24 years. In wet weather, the program is at Cliff Noble Community Centre, 24 Suttor Street, Alexandria.
Self-defence classes for the wider community.
Our Monday yoga class comprises a variety of styles and is open to all levels. We provide mats, just come dressed comfortably. Please note due to class size restrictions, people who show up after 5.30pm may be denied entry.

Forro Latin dance
Forro is a genre of Brazilian music and the dance is for all levels from beginner to advanced. This popular class will whet your appetite for dancing.
Stronger fitter seniors exercise
Gentle exercise for seniors. This class works with light weights, bands, and bodyweight to work on strength, fitness and flexibility. Open to all levels of fitness.
Bodyweather artistic movement*
Bodyweather is a broad-based training that proposes a practical strategy to the mind and to the body. It is not just for 'professional dancers' or 'performance practitioners' alone but is an open investigation relevant for anyone interested in exploring the body.

Preschool music and movement
Open to children of preschool age, this class introduces kids to music, and makes music fun!
Eurythmy movement art class
Movement workshops for actors, dancers, visual artists, singers or anyone wanting to be inspired by poetry, prose, gesture, qualities of movement, atmosphere, colour, music, masks, or life in general.
Qigong (pronounced chee-gung), is similar to tai chi and is the study and practice of cultivating vital life-force through various techniques, including breathing techniques, postures, meditations and guided imagery.
