Pyrmont Link

Pyrmont Link

Pick up and return

The Pyrmont Link is located in the Pyrmont Community Centre. It is not a staffed branch; it merely provides a convenient way for members to collect and return books from the 500,000 items held at the other library branches.

The link also provides access to the internet (web browsing only, no email) and library catalogues.

Request a book

Existing members can search our catalogue for books they want to borrow, then contact the branch that holds the items and ask for them to be transferred to the Pyrmont Link. Books are delivered after 1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. See below for collection times.

To become a member, complete an online application or fill in a form when you next visit a staffed branch. It is free to join if you are a NSW resident.

Returns and collection times

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am–9pm
  • Friday: 9am–6pm
  • Saturday: 10am–4pm
  • Sunday: 10am–4pm

Renewals are available online (with your library card number) or you can send an email to library@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au. You can also telephone or drop in to one of the staffed branches.
