Parks Week 2014

Parks Week 2014

3–9 March 2014

Free personal training sessions, swimming lessons and dog obedience classes are just part of the fun at this year’s Parks Week.

A nationwide celebration of public reserves and open spaces, Parks Week encourages locals and visitors to head outdoors and make the most of our public parks and green spaces.

Parks Week celebrates the importance of parks to community life. A diverse range of fun activities suitable for all ages and interests are occurring in the City’s parks and open spaces.

The event calendar (details below) also includes walking tours of well-known parks, guided bird watching tours and family fun days at our swimming pools.
