Seniors Week 2014
Saturday 15 March–Sunday 23 March
NSW Seniors Week is the largest celebration for people over 60 in the southern hemisphere. The 2014 theme was 'Live Life!', a chance to celebrate seniors in our community. NSW Seniors Week includes great opportunities for seniors to stay active and independent, and be recognised for their community involvement.
From laughter workshops to cultural debates, the City of Sydney hosted some great events for seniors to celebrate.
The event calendar (details below) also included walking tours, social media workshops and film screenings. Contact us to find out more.
Seniors swim free
Seniors who are local City residents enjoyed free entry to all City-owned aquatic and fitness centres throughout Seniors Week.
