Strata Skills 101 at library talks
If you don’t have a lot of time but are interested in learning more about apartment living, try our lunchtime talks in our libraries to give you a taste of Strata Skills 101.
Our Lunches with Bite talk about Understanding Levies will run from 1pm to 2pm at Surry Hills Library on 23 September 2013.
Presented by our strata expert Marc Gibson, Strata and Community Manager of Strata Sense, it’s a fun way to learn more about strata levies. Registration will open in early September.
A place for strata meetings
The City of Sydney has a number of rooms available for low-cost hire in community venues. Rooms can be hired for a variety of purposes from annual general meetings, executive committee meetings or for presentations for major works.
