 The CBD parking area is bordered by Dawes Point, Sydney Cove, The Royal Botanic Gardens, The Domain, Cook and Phillip Park, College Street, Wentworth Street, Elizabeth Street, Chalmers Street, Cleveland Street, Regent Street, Lee Street, Haymarket, Harbour Street, Sussex Street, and Hickson Road. It also includes the residential properties on the Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf and on Lincoln Crescent.

South Paddington – Area 13

Ultimo –
Area 14

 The Ultimo parking area is bordered by Allen Street, Pyrmont Street (south of Allen Street), Harris Street (south of William Henry Street and including properties along Systrum Street), Broadway, Bay Street, William Henry Street and Wattle Street (south of Allen Street).

Area 15

 The Flinders Street parking area is bordered by Oxford Street (between Taylor Square and Greens Road), Greens Road (both sides), Moore Park Road and Flinders Street.

 The Millers Point parking precinct area is bordered by Dalgety Road, Windmill Street, Downshire Street, Fort Street, George Street, Essex Street, Gloucester Street, Cumberland Street, Kent Street (north of Gas Lane), High Street and Merriman Street.

The Elizabeth Bay parking area is bordered by Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay Park, Neild Avenue (north of Craigend Street), Craigend Street, Ward Avenue, Roslyn Lane, Amos Lane, Baroda Street, Greenknowe Avenue, the eastern side of Macleay Street (between Manning Avenue and McDonald Street) and the boundary with the ADI Naval Dockyard at the end of Bilyard Avenue.

 The Alexandria parking precinct area is bordered by Henderson Road (between Mitchell Road and Garden Street), the rear boundary of properties along the western side of Wyndham Street (between Henderson Road and Bourke Road), Bourke Road, Gardeners Road, Kent Road, Ricketty Road, Canal Road to the western boundary of the St Peters Waste Transfer Station, Barwon Park Road, King Street, Sydney Park Road and Mitchell Road.
