OUR BOOKING PROCESS HAS CHANGED -
WE NOW HAVE AN ONLINE BOOKING FORM!
Submit the completed form (below) from 10am Thursday 22 March 2012
BOOKINGS SENT PRIOR TO 10AM ON 22 MARCH WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED BY THE SYSTEM. YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF THIS REJECTION.
All applicants will be contacted by the Children's Program Coordinator by 5pm on Monday 26 March to advise of booking status. Please be patient and await this notification. We would appreciate it if you do not phone the Centre asking about status of bookings.

form before booking day.

Pick Up/Drop Off from Darlington
ALL children are to be dropped off and picked
up from the Darlington Activity Centre
(cnr Shepherd and Ivy Streets,
Darlington).
Please DO NOT bring them to Pine Street.
School holiday program hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm
Children must not attend the Centre unsupervised outside these hours. It is not possible for Pine Street to provide extra staff on programs so it is important that students do not arrive early or late. Federal Government Duty of Care laws state that under no circumstances must tutors find themselves alone with one child. |
