6:30pm – 9:00pm
Tutor: Craig Bunker
This course offers an exciting introduction to Gocco print – a cheap and easy way of producing photo silkscreens for use on paper or fabric. Derived from the Japanese word gokko, loosely translated as make–believe play, the Gocco is a self–contained compact colour printing system invented in 1977. Do you have an image, design or words you’ve been longing to get into print? This is your chance to create an edition of A5 – A4 multi coloured postcards, CD covers or art prints. You can also use the Gocco to print onto fabric! This is the perfect course for anyone interested in taking their designs beyond the photocopier, or for those wishing to make high quality, photo silk screen prints onto fabric. You will need an A5 photocopy (or smaller) design or artwork ready for the first class. Class size: 7
