The unique Nando's method of preparing their Peri-Peri Chicken ensures you can eat Nando's knowing you are taking care of your body as well as satisfying your need for taste. Nando’s  uses nothing but the best chickens, which are then trimmed of fat and marinated for 24 hours in their secret Peri-Peri recipe. Never deep-fried, they are grilled to perfection, on a naked, open flame. During the grilling process the chickens are continually basted in your choice of lemon and herb, medium Peri-Peri, hot Peri-Peri, or if you are very brave, extra hot Peri-Peri, allowing the natural flavour and fire to bring out the best in their chickens.
