Support Circular Quay and Barangaroo connection

We’re looking for an operator to manage and operate 2 central Sydney end of trip facilities for a 3 year plus optional 2 year extension agreement term.

Facility 1: 38 Sussex Street, Barangaroo – an existing cycling facility ready to occupy.

Facility 2: 180 George Street, Sydney – part of a new precinct to be completed early 2023. The new underground cycle facility is adjacent to a new plaza building and 53-storey Salesforce Tower developed by Lendlease. Entry is on Pitt Street.

Suitable operators are welcome to apply for a 3-year management agreement for these 2 spaces. Both sites must be managed with associated programming in a financially self-sustaining model for use by the general public on a membership basis. Onsite bicycle repair and maintenance services at both sites will contribute to the business operating model.

It is intended that both cycle facilities will be used by the general public on a membership basis.

The operator will be responsible for the payment of all outgoings associated with the 2 sites including electricity, water, cleaning, facility operating and running costs, and all required insurances
