Crime prevention

Our video podcasts aim to help city businesses protect themselves against rising retail crime with 'tap and go' technology, credit card scams and shoplifting. Produced by the City’s Safe City unit in cooperation with NSW Police Force.

Making business easier

The City, in partnership with the NSW Government, is making business easier through the Easy to do Business program. The free service supports existing and aspiring business owners to start and grow a cafe, restaurant or small bar. Online resources and a dedicated Business Concierge can help business owners navigate the relevant applications, approvals, licensing and work, health and safety requirements.
