The City of Sydney has produced a series of How to videos to help answer your questions about common tasks, transactions and other interactions with us.

The videos are a simple, step-by-step guide to help you self-service online at your own convenience when you want, without needing to call or visit us to answer your questions.

The videos cover topics from property development enquiries to applying for an aquatic card, tracking a DA, applying for a library card, paying your rates, booking a clean-up, reporting an issue, and registering your pet.
Each video takes you through the task step-by-step with a voiceover, and shows you how to quickly and easily find forms, links and information through screenshots of the website.
