Proposal to enter into a licence for landscaping a future green link in Rosebery

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a licence with Karimbla Properties (No. 49) Pty Limited for a future green link at 25–55 Rothschild Avenue and 5–13 Rosebery Avenue, Rosebery.

The licence covers lots 302 and 303 in deposited plan 1232046. The landscaping works will provide a green link between Confectioners Way and Stedman Street in Rosebery.

The licence will expire by 1 December 2020.
