Draft planning agreement

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application:

DA Number: D/2019/976

Location: 94–104 Epsom Road, Zetland NSW 2015

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the dedication of approximately 3,126m2 of land and the embellishment of that land with new roads and widened footpath. The value of the new roads and widened footpath exceeds the value of the community infrastructure obligation generated under the LEP. It is intended that this exceedance will form a partial offset against the s.7.11 contributions generated by the development.
