Draft planning agreement

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application:

DA Number: D/2019/1168

Location: 38 Princess Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the construction and dedication of a widened footpath, a future green link and a monetary contribution of $34,943 towards community infrastructure in Green Square including but not limited to roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
