Draft planning agreement

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application:

DA Number: D/2017/1297
VPA Number: VPA/2018/17
Location: 1–17 Euston Road, Alexandria NSW 2015

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is the dedication and embellishment of approximately 650mm of land along the Euston Road boundary for a widened footpath.
