Draft planning agreement

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application:

VPA number: VPA/2019/16  
Location: 22 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the dedication and embellishment of land for widened footpaths and landscaping along O’Riordan Street and Johnson Street. It includes a monetary contribution towards community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area including but not limited to roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
